Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care for PMHNPs. You’ll manage a balanced patient population with standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, supported by in-house scheduling and billing.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and evidence-based practice, with full benefits and a total on-target earnings of 180k–215k+ per year, combining base salary and productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
• Integrated care with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
