Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote, outpatient care with a stable W-2 employment model and strong clinical autonomy. You will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for lower to moderate acuity cases, with in-house referrals and full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor response with documentation in EMR.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy within a remote model.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists; leverage referrals.
