Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice that blends hospital stability with private practice autonomy. This PMHNP role offers full remote, outpatient care with 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, focusing on lower to moderate acuity conditions and an integrated referral network for psychiatry and therapy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience.
• Outpatient care experience including evaluations, treatment planning and meds.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity patient populations.
• Standard session lengths: 60-min intakes, 30-min follow-ups.
• Integrated care with in-house psychiatry and therapy referrals.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
