Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care. The role offers schedule control, patient-population flexibility and minimal admin burden within an integrated care model. Compensation includes base salary and monthly productivity, with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+.

The practice supports clinicians with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, licensing and technology tools, plus extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team‑based approach.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Develop and follow evidence-based treatment plans with patient-centered goals.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within an integrated care model.
• Handle scheduling, billing, intake coordination and licensing support as part of operations.
