Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP for 100% remote outpatient psychiatry. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications within an autonomous model, with strong clinical support and in-house referrals.

This W-2 role offers $180k–$215k+ annually, employer‑paid benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, CME reimbursement, licensing support, and technology package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with an active/unrestricted license.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience in outpatient care.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and medication management.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and manage medications.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network and team.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EMR with accuracy.
