Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking experienced PMHNPs for fully remote, outpatient psychiatric care. You will have control over your schedule and patient population within established clinical standards, with full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.

We offer a deterministic compensation model with total annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, combining base salary and monthly productivity, with incentives during onboarding ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with independent practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and telepsychiatry.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans with medication management.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy to patients.
• Document care accurately using EMR systems.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model.
