Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP to join our fully remote outpatient psychiatry team. You will conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and manage medications for a lower-to-moderate acuity patient population.

As a board-certified PMHNP with autonomous practice, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, comprehensive administrative support, and a benefits package including malpractice coverage, health insurance, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with autonomous practice authority.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and telepsychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Perform medication management and ongoing follow-ups.
• Operate within established clinical standards and maintain patient population balance.
• Liaise with in-house psychiatry and therapists and coordinate referrals.
