Job summary

Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, is seeking an experienced PMHNP to provide 100% remote outpatient care with an emphasis on autonomy and patient-centered outcomes. You will manage evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management within an established referral network, supported by full operational resources.

Compensation is comprehensive, with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ annually, and benefits including employer-paid malpractice, health coverage, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Experience delivering outpatient remote psychiatry care preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists; participate in care coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and contribute to evidence-based practice.
