Neva Recruiting client, a 20-year-old, award-winning Agentic AI - PLM provider, seeks an Account Executive for the US market. This fully remote expansion role targets land-and-expand deals with 100% net new initially, supported by a 6-month ramp and a base plus variable comp.

You will manage complex deals in the upper mid-market, averaging $150K to $1M ARR, require MEDDIC/MEDDPICC proficiency, and a hunter mentality to secure new logos while coordinating with partners and stakeholders.

Formación

• 5-10 years SaaS experience.
• Hunter profile securing new logos.
• Quota attainment in the $1.5M range.
• Domain knowledge of PLM or similar SaaS.
• Experience selling to engineers and executives.
• Proficient in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and Force Management.
• Strong CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering preferred.
