Agentic AI is seeking an Account Executive for the US, fully remote, to drive net-new logos with a land-and-expand motion. The role targets large multi-stakeholder deals ($150K–$1M ARR) and a 6‑month ramp with a base + variable compensation plan.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in SaaS, strong MEDDIC/meddpicc proficiency, and hands-on experience selling PLM or related software to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SaaS experience.
• Hunter profile securing new logos.
• Quota attainment in the $1.5M range.
• Experience selling PLM or similar SaaS to engineers.
• Domain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Mid-market focus with complex deals.
• No short tenures; sustained roles.
• Executive-level selling with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% net new deals initially with land & expand.
• Manage 5–6 leads per month from marketing and partners; generate ~30% of leads.
• Close deals from $150K to $1M ARR.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM data quality.
