Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery of shared platform capabilities for scalable analytics and AI products. You will translate engineering needs into clear requirements and priorities, collaborating across Platform Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related field
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python) and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product, Platform Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security and Ops teams
• Define product requirements for internal developer platforms, reusable services, deployment workflows and observability
• Identify pain points and translate into platform opportunities to improve velocity and reliability
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics
• Gather customer requirements and feedback to represent internal users
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, client support, sales and leadership
• Maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams
• Prioritize core platform requirements for clarity and impact
