Job summary

Optum is seeking a Capability Analyst to scale the payment network within the Platform Management Team. You will partner across Project Managers, Product Managers, Analytics, and Customer Success to manage the Approved Product List across retailers, shaping strategy to optimize the platform.

You will collaborate with teams to analyze data, present business reviews, and ensure timely resolution of APL issues while supporting remote operations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a relevant industry.
• 3+ years in consumer payments, healthcare, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of working with large data sources focusing on data manipulation and governance.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own operations for Healthy Savings Perks and Discounts program and promotions for members.
• Support to maintain Approved Product List (APL) across retailers with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Team to design, optimize, or resolve technical hurdles.
• Support data analysis to monitor metrics and bridge gaps with the team.
• Prepare and present strategies and business reviews to leadership.
• Remediate, administer, and report APL-related issues.
