Job summary

Optum is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager for Payment Integrity to lead strategy and delivery for scalable platform capabilities. This remote role partners with engineering, architecture, operations and business leaders to drive value across multiple portfolios.

You will translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, align priorities with client needs, and guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations to improve payment accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of Broad Payment Integrity expertise with solid PI product knowledge.
• 5+ years of Technical Product Management delivering software products.
• 5+ years of Product Owner experience delivering technical/software products.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cross-portfolio product initiatives that support Payment Integrity platform strategy and long-term business objectives
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with priorities and client needs
• Prioritize platform capabilities and initiatives using business value and customer outcomes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business leaders to identify scalable solutions
• Drive creation of strategic themes, epics, and initiatives for enterprise capabilities
• Coordinate dependencies and delivery across portfolios and teams for successful execution
• Influence reusable platform capabilities across products and lines of business
• Ensure teams deliver meaningful customer and operational value
• Lead product discussions with Vice President-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
• Mentor and develop Product Managers and Technical Product Managers
