Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar role within fintech, banking, or payments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of ACH, card networks, and emerging payment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve payment-processing efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processing strategies.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams for platform enhancements.
• Create automated monitors to detect anomalies.
• Conduct investigations into payment-related issues.
