Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis, product ownership, healthcare technology, or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, definition, and prioritization of MedMonitor platform enhancements to support clinician network growth.
• Develop business cases and capability roadmaps aligned with growth objectives.
• Evaluate current platform functionality to improve workflow automation, scalability, reporting, and UX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state platform capabilities and gather requirements.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
