Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path deployment platform and automate secure, self-service software delivery. You will bridge a high-throughput platform with production systems, enforcing rigorous DevSecOps and operational readiness standards across teams.

Create universal CI/CD templates, implement automated gates, ORRs as code, and self-hosted AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD standardization.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes experience, including EKS and Helm.
• Practical GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and automated canary deployments.
• Proficient in C# / .NET, Node.js, or Python for internal tooling.
• Experience automating security gates and compliance in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized pipelines abstracting infra from developers.
• Build secure, self-service delivery and automated security gates (SAST, SCA, image hygiene).
• Define ORRs as code with telemetry, logging, and privacy safeguards.
• Design AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration for scalable workflows.
• Enforce quality guardrails and ensure production readiness across deployments.
