Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own and build a modern Golden Path deployment platform. You will design automated, secure, self-service software delivery pipelines, bridging high-throughput platforms with production systems while meeting SOC 2, HIPAA, and federal security audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience designing and standardizing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in secure, compliant software delivery for public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build modular release architecture for upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Provide pre-configured project scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules for autonomous service deployment.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST, SCA) into build processes and enforce policy checks.
• Ensure OpenTelemetry instrumentation and observability across pipelines and deployments.
