Job summary

STChealth in the United States is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own and build our modern ized deployment platform, the Golden Path. You will ensure automated, secure, self-service software delivery that scales across teams and lands safely into production.

You will bridge the new platform with existing systems, enforcing rigorous DevSecOps, ORRs as code, and compliant audit trails while enabling autonomous, scalable experimentation and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design experience.
• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise with container networking and Helm lifecycles.
• Strong GitOps experience using ArgoCD/Flux and automated canaries (Argo Rollouts).
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Experience integrating security gates into deployment workflows (SAST, SCA, dependency checks).
• IaC expertise with Terraform or Pulumi; experience with HashiCorp Packer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Build modular release architecture: upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Kargo and canary rollouts to AWS EKS.
• Develop automated VM image pipelines (Packer) and canary agent updates (EC2).
• Provide self-service scaffolding with Helm/IaC modules under guardrails.
• Embed automated vulnerability scanning and compliance gates in pipelines.
• Design ORRs as code and add OpenTelemetry telemetry for observability.
• Lead self-hosted AI infra routing and agentic workflow orchestration.
