Job summary

STChealth, part of Harris, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the Golden Path deployment platform and automate secure, self-service software delivery across teams.

You will build centralized CI/CD templates, implement automated gates for SAST/SCA, and enforce SOC 2 II/HIPAA readiness while supporting US-based teams with 100% remote work. This role blends platform engineering, security, and operations to protect public health software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Experience designing and standardizing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating security scanning tools directly into deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain centralized CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build a modular release architecture with upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Embed automated vulnerability scanning and SAST/SCA checks into builds and gates.
• Design and operate secure, compliant private AI infrastructure and self-hosted AI gateways.
• Enforce automated operational standards and OpenTelemetry instrumentation across templates.
