Job summary

STChealth seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern, automated, self-service software delivery platform. You will bridge high-throughput architecture with secure, compliant production readiness and lead teams to ship code safely and rapidly.

You will implement universal CI/CD templates, GitOps promotion, and automated audits while enforcing SHACL or SOC 2 compliant governance and OpenTelemetry instrumentation across pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD standardization.
• Strong AWS & Kubernetes (EKS) experience, including security and Helm lifecycle.
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and canary deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own a modern delivery platform (Golden Path) enabling automated, secure, self-service software delivery.
• Integrate automated security gates (SAST/SCA, CVE checks) into pipelines and ensure compliance artifacts.
• Lead ORRs as code with telemetry, observability, and data privacy guards around PHI/PII.
