Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern automated deployment platform, the Golden Path. You will design reusable CI/CD templates, upstream security gates, and scalable, self-service tooling for development teams.

Responsibilities include embedding SAST/SCA, ensuring SOC 2/HIPAA readiness, and enabling compliant blue/green downstream delivery while integrating observability and secure- by-design practices across AWS, Kubernetes, and private AI infra.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and containerized architectures.
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and canary deployments.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Node.js or .NET for internal tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate a modern, automated deployment platform (Golden Path).
• Build centralized, reusable CI/CD templates and pre-configured IaC modules.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST, SCA) and compliance checks in pipelines.
• Ensure platform templates include OpenTelemetry, logging, tracing, and metrics.
• Collaborate with security, governance, and production teams to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
