Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, is hiring a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to lead a modern, automated, self-service delivery platform for mission-critical public health software. You will bridge high-throughput cloud-native systems with secure, auditable production readiness, emphasizing scalable, self-hosted AI infrastructure and policy-driven governance.

You will own universal CI/CD pipelines, automated security gates, and ORR-as-code, partnering with engineering leads to ship

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS & Kubernetes (EKS), container networking & Helm lifecycle management.
• GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) with canary deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Golden Path delivery engine with centralized pipeline templates.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST/SCA, secret scanning) into pipelines.
• Automate compliance logs and SOC 2/HIPAA audit trails.
• Design and operate self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration.
• Enforce ORRs as code and ensure telemetry with OpenTelemetry instrumentation.
