Job summary

STChealth seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the modern Golden Path deployment platform. Build automated pipelines, security gates, and self-service scaffolding while bridging high-throughput platforms with production systems.

The role emphasizes automated compliance, ORRs as code, and scalable AI infrastructure for private cloud and AWS environments, with strong emphasis on security gates and SOC 2 readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Hands-on with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), container networking, pod security, Helm lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build modular release architecture with universal scanning and downstream targets.
• Enable GitOps with ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts and AWS EKS promotion workflows.
• Develop automated VM pipelines (Packer) and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules for compliant service provisioning.
