Job summary

STChealth in the United States seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the modern Golden Path deployment platform and bridge high-throughput cloud workloads with production systems.

You will design automated security rails, reusable CI/CD templates, and GitOps with ArgoCD, CanaryRollouts, and Packer-driven image pipelines, enabling secure, self-service deployments across teams with least-privilege IAM controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE, designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), including container networking, pod security, and Helm lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and automated canary deployments (Argo Rollouts).
• Coding experience in C# / .NET, Node.js, and Python to build internal tooling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with self-hosted AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
• IaC with Terraform or Pulumi; Terraform module patterns and maintainable code.
• Experience integrating security scanning tools into deployment workflows (Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube).
• Familiarity with Packer, EC2 Launch Templates, and hashing for image pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain universal, centralized CI/CD pipelines and templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build a modular release architecture with upstream scanning and downstream targeting.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD/Kargo and canary rollouts to EKS.
• Automate VM image pipelines with HashiCorp Packer and AWS Launch Templates; manage blue/green agent updates.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules for compliant service creation.
• Embed automated security gates and vulnerability scans into builds and deployments.
• Ensure ORRs as code with telemetry instrumentation (OTel) and observability across platforms.
• Design private AI infrastructure including AI gateways, routing, and orchestration for agentic workflows.
