Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to lead the design and implementation of a modern, automated deployment platform across public health systems. You will build centralized CI/CD pipelines, universal security gates, and self-service tooling enabling safe, compliant code delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes experience including EKS, container networking, pod security, and Helm lifecycles.
• Hands-on with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD/Flux) and canary deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain centralized CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Build modular release architecture with universal scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement automated image pipelines (Packer) and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide self-service scaffolding and Helm/IaC modules with guardrails.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST, SCA) into build process.
• Design and operate Secret management via AWS Secrets Manager/Parameter Store.
