Job summary

STChealth, part of the Harris family, delivers public health technology powering immunization reporting nationwide. The company seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the modern Golden Path deployment platform, building automated, secure pipelines across AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.

You will design reusable templates, enforce security gates, and enable self-service deployment for teams while maintaining strict compliance and operational readiness across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Eng, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design.
• Deep AWS + Kubernetes (AWS EKS) experience in production.
• Hands-on with GitOps (ArgoCD) and canary deployments.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, Node.js and Python for internal tooling.
• Experience with secure, compliant delivery in HIPAA/public sector.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the Golden Path deployment platform and templates.
• Automate security gates: SAST/SCA, image hygiene, secrets checks.
• Ensure operational readiness and SOC 2/HIPAA compliance.
• Enable self-service deployment with guardrails and IaC modules.
• Integrate telemetry, logging, tracing via OpenTelemetry stack.
