Job summary

Bowman seeks a Planning Project Manager to join our team remotely within Florida, with eligibility to work in-state. The role supports land development from feasibility through permit issuance, coordinating with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff to deliver timely results.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience, a planning-related degree, and professional licensure. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and GIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related discipline required. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management and development industry projects.
• Registered Professional Planner in applicable state preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in design software; Bluebeam and GIS/ArcView preferred.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and coordinate with executive management.
• Market firm capabilities to secure new clients.
• Represent firm on building and development industry boards to influence land use policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Manage client relations and ensure project timelines.
• Assist with feasibility analyses and legislative entitlement applications.
