Job summary

Bowman Consulting is seeking a Planning Project Manager to join our team remotely within Florida. You will support all phases of land development from feasibility through permit issuance, coordinating with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires senior project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work across jurisdictions and states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related discipline is required (Master's preferred).
• Seven or more years of experience in project management, building and development industry projects.
• Registered Professional Planner in applicable state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff through all development phases.
• Market the firm’s capabilities and manage client relationships.
• Lead meetings, prepare feasibility analyses, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
