Job summary

Bowman Consulting seeks a Planning Project Manager to join our team remotely in Florida. This role supports feasibility analyses through permit issuance for diverse projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include leading project execution, managing teams, and facilitating reviews with entitlement bodies. You will market capabilities, nurture client relations, and ensure timely milestones while contributing to policy and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related discipline required; Master's preferred.
• Registered Professional Planner in applicable state preferred.
• Seven+ years of experience in project management, building and development projects; minimum of three years assistant PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction; manage people and processes for effective project execution.
• Coordinate reviews with client entitlement teams and government jurisdictions.
• Market the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and maintain client relationships.
• Lead planning policy analysis, site analysis, zoning, and feasibility studies; prepare entitlement applications.
• Represent clients at stakeholder meetings and with elected officials; update Bowman teams and clients on progress.
