Bowman Consulting seeks a Planning Project Manager to join our team remotely in Florida. You will provide leadership across the land development process, from feasibility analyses to permit issuance, for residential, non-residential, mixed-use, retail, and data center projects.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff, manage project timelines, review entitlement processes, and represent Bowman in meetings with officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Seven+ years of project management experience in planning/development.
• Licensed Professional Planner preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead project execution and manage staff to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with client teams and governmental reviews.
• Prepare feasibility analyses and entitlement applications.
• Represent Bowman at stakeholder meetings and with officials.
• Maintain client relationships and provide status updates.
