Job summary
Bowman Consulting seeks a Planning Project Manager to join our team, fully remote within Florida. The role supports land development from feasibility to permitting for diverse projects, including residential and data centers.
You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and officials, and contribute to market research and design guideline preparation. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in project management within the planning/land development field, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Adobe
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related discipline required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Registered Professional Planner in applicable state preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Clients, Client's consultants, and Bowman staff during all phases of the land development process including feasibility analyses through permit issuance.
- Lead planning project management and coordinate with stakeholders and Bowman staff to ensure timelines and deliverables.
- Represent Bowman on building and development industry boards to influence land use policies and regulations.
