Job summary

Bowman seeks a Planning & Development Manager to supervise advanced mixed-use projects in Florida, with remote work allowed within the state. You’ll guide planning, zoning analysis, and client coordination across Bowman teams.

Must have 5+ years in planning, strong stakeholder skills, and a related degree; AICP/ALA and GIS/Adobe tools are a plus. You’ll engage with councils, boards, and officials to influence development policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years planning or related experience in land development/public policy.
• AICP/ALA certification and license preferred; proficient planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex planning projects for public/private clients.
• Coordinate with Bowman teams; assist marketing and client development.
• Represent clients on councils, boards, and governmental meetings.
• Ensure compliance with zoning codes and agency requirements.
