Bowman Consulting is seeking a Planning Project Manager to join our team remotely in Florida. You will support a broad range of land development projects from feasibility to permit issuance, collaborating with clients, consultants, and Bowman staff to deliver results.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills, ability to work across jurisdictions, and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, landscape architecture, real estate or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in project management within planning/building/development.
• Registered Professional Planner preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure effective project execution.
• Market the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and sustain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with client entitlement teams and government reviews to advance projects.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, contracts and project metrics throughout the life cycle.
