Job summary

Exol is seeking a Planning Manager, Central CMMS to establish, govern, and scale maintenance systems across our automated warehouse operations. You will own CMMS, asset data, PMs, and work management standards to support uptime, safety, and cost control during startup, ramp-up, and expansion.

This remote role requires 8+ years in maintenance planning or CMMS, multi-site experience, and strong collaboration with IT, Operations, Finance, and site teams to ensure data integrity and scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in maintenance planning or CMMS administration
• Experience scaling CMMS across multi-site environments
• Experience with automated/robotic warehousing operations preferred
• Strong ability to translate maintenance data into operational/financial insights

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise CMMS, including configuration, asset hierarchy, data standards, and user access
• Establish and scale maintenance planning and scheduling standards across sites
• Standardize PMs, job plans, and work instructions by asset criticality
• Drive backlog control, scheduling adherence, and quality of work orders
• Collaborate with site maintenance teams to improve planned vs. reactive work and execution consistency
• Define CMMS KPIs and reporting for visibility into maintenance performance and cost
• Support new site launches with CMMS readiness and data integrity
• Coordinate CMMS integrations, upgrades, and IT/vendor support
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain for inventory governance and cost control
• Train and mentor site planners and maintenance leaders
