Job summary

Exol is seeking a Planning Manager, Central CMMS to lead the enterprise CMMS, maintenance planning, and work management standards across a growing, highly automated warehouse network. The role centers on data integrity, standardized processes, and scalable practices to ensure uptime, safety, and cost control.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Automation, IT, and Finance to drive disciplined planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement during startup,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, or maintenance operations.
• Experience implementing or scaling CMMS in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise CMMS configuration, asset hierarchy, data standards, and user access.
• Establish and scale maintenance planning and scheduling standards across sites.
• Standardize PM programs and job plans aligned to asset criticality.
• Drive disciplined work management: backlog control, scheduling adherence, and work order quality.
• Define CMMS KPIs and reporting for visibility into maintenance performance, compliance, and cost.
• Support new site launches with CMMS readiness and clean handoff to operations.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on CMMS integrations, upgrades, and support.
