SCN BestCo is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planning Supervisor to lead a world-class maintenance team, overseeing planning, scheduling and MRO management. Qualifications

• Strong root cause analysis, multi-tasking, time management and communication skills.
• Experience implementing CMMS and PM programs.
• Knowledge of MRO processes, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procedures for maintenance planning, sourcing and scheduling.
• Lead CMMS integration, asset hierarchy and reporting.
• Ensure parts availability and coordinate WOs with labor for PMs and maintenance.
• Align PM tasks with OEM recommendations, RCA findings and regulations.
• Track PM results and maintain a KPI scorecard for PM effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for asset readiness.
• Develop MRO processes, parts kitting and inventory control.
• Oversee contractor compliance with health, safety and QA procedures.
