Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) based remotely in North Carolina. The attorney will lead cases from intake to trial, provide strategic client guidance, and draft key pleadings and motions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, active NC Bar, and prefer dual NC/TX licensure. The role offers strong support, growth opportunities, and a fully remote setup across North Carolina.

Qualifications

8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
Active North Carolina Bar license required.
Dual licensure in North Carolina and Texas preferred.
Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-driven, organized, able to manage a full caseload remotely.
Collaborative across departments and functions.

Responsibilities

Lead Litigation End-to-End: manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Advocate in Court: represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Client Strategy & Guidance: advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies.
Draft & Argue: prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Trial Preparation: coordinate with paralegals and staff on exhibits and witnesses.
Case Evaluation: analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide direction.
Client Communication: maintain strong, high-touch client communication.
