Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in healthcare or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with primary care, specialty care, or value-based care physicians or physician groups preferred.
• Travel requirement: 10%–15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the physician relations team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Establish performance metrics and quarterly productivity goals aligned with new patient volume targets.
• Coach, evaluate, and monitor sales/outreach skills of team members with physician offices and staff.
• Lead quarterly and annual target account planning, goal setting, and regular check-ins to measure progress.
• Develop outreach strategies using CRM and third‑party claims data to identify and capture referrals.
• Analyze market trends and referral patterns to measure ROI of outreach campaigns.
• Influence new patient acquisition processes with operations leaders to improve access and remove barriers.
• Gather field intelligence and provide feedback to leadership on scheduling, referrals, competitor tactics.
