Cardinal Health is seeking a Physician Relations Team Manager to lead the physician relations team with a focus on strategy, performance management, and outreach effectiveness. The role is remote with travel across the United States (10-15%).

The position supports leadership in developing strategic plans and managing day-to-day operations, hiring, onboarding and coaching staff, and achieving patient referral targets through data-driven outreach.

Qualificações

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Travel requirement: 10%-15%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations of the physician relations team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching.
• Establish performance metrics and quarterly productivity goals to align with new patient volume targets for each clinical service line.
• Coach, evaluate, and monitor the sales/outreach skills of team members as they engage with physician offices and their staff.
• Lead quarterly and annual target account planning, goal setting, and conduct regular team and 1:1 check-ins to measure progress.
• Develop outreach strategies using CRM data and third-party claims data to identify and capture new referral sources.
• Analyze market trends and physician referral patterns to measure ROI of physician relations outreach campaigns.
• Influence new patient acquisition processes with practice operations leaders to improve access, leverage technology, and remove barriers causing patient friction.
• Gather field intelligence and provide feedback to leadership regarding new patient scheduling, referral management processes, competitor tactics, and shifting doctor needs.
