Job summary

Dane Street seeks a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs under guidelines, and onboard physicians based on client needs, with monthly targets. This role is goal- and production-based, requiring achievement of recruiting targets.

You will manage physician relationships across regional markets, coordinate onboarding paperwork (application, CV, W9), and collaborate with Network leadership on fee structures to grow the panel.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill.
• Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of physician networks and medical terminology.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate terms within pre-established guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and obtain required paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Research and outreach to add panel options as needed.
• Coordinate in-person recruitment visits and panel relationship management.
• Foster long-term partnerships with panel doctors through regular interactions.
• Procure exam locations and manage scheduling for blocked-time doctors.
• Address licensing/certifications for physicians as required.
