Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand the physician panel, negotiating fees within guidelines and onboarding physicians based on client demand. The role leverages existing relationships to grow the network and support business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in physician recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of healthcare compliance; this position is primarily remote with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Dane Street's physician panel.
• Negotiate physician fees within guidelines and onboard new physicians per client demand.
• Coordinate with Finance/Legal for refunds, collections, and documentation.
• Manage physician records (fees, W9s, remittance, profiles, doctor groups).
• Lead contract renegotiations and handle niche or urgent network gaps.
• Support other projects and stay current on industry trends and compliance.
