Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines, and onboard new physicians based on Client needs. This role is goal- and production-based, requiring meeting monthly recruiting targets and contributing to Dane Street’s continued success.

The position involves direct recruitment activities, panel relations, and in-person representation to support block-time physicians across the region.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms with physicians and manage panel maintenance.
• Onboard new physicians including paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support clinic services.
• Foster partnerships and conduct in-person recruitment visits.
• Procure exam locations and maintain the database of resources.
