Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs with physicians, and onboard new physicians based on Client needs. This goal- and production-based role focuses on meeting monthly recruiting targets and contributing to client satisfaction.

The role involves panel maintenance, onboarding, outreach for new panel options, and in-person recruitment in regional markets to support the Dane Street network and clinic services.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of physician networks and terminology; strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and negotiate physician panel terms and fees.
• Onboard new physicians and ensure completion of required documentation (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Recruit and manage physicians in regional markets to support clinic services and regional coverage.
• Develop and maintain panel relationships through in-person visits and proactive outreach.
• Sourcing and fulfillment of open referrals and urgent panel needs.
