Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs with physicians, and onboard new physicians based on client needs. This role is goal- and production-based, with monthly recruiting targets and teamwork to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing existing physicians, onboarding new providers, and coordinating with regional leadership to set fees and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in Healthcare/Insurance setting or transferable skill.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of physician networks, compliance guidelines, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate costs with physicians per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and gather required paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support clinic services.
• Conduct in-person recruitment visits and build long-term panel relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate with Operations to maximize scheduling capacity.
• Address licensing and certification requirements for physicians when needed.
• Proactive sourcing for open referrals and daily updates on progress.
• Support regional expansion and maintain data in Dane Street’s databases.
