Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs with physicians, and onboard new physicians based on client needs. This goal- and production-based role requires meeting monthly recruiting targets and contributing to a positive, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance settings, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with medical terminology and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience recruiting physicians or in healthcare/insurance settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with medical terminology and regulatory guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians including gathering paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Research and outreach to add new panel options and support network growth.
• Coordinate in-person recruitment and relationship-building with panel physicians.
• Support regional markets to meet client needs and drive panel expansion.
