Job summary

Dane Street seeks a Physician Recruiter to manage and expand its physician panel. The role involves negotiating fees, onboarding physicians, and resolving open service requests, leveraging relationships and industry knowledge to grow the network and support business operations.

The successful candidate will handle contract renegotiations, respond to complex client requests for niche specialties, and maintain accurate physician records while staying current on industry trends and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Panel Maintenance & Growth: negotiate terms, onboard physicians, collect documentation, and coordinate with Operations to finalize fees.
• Special Assignments & Contract Negotiations: lead renegotiations, handle niche requests, assist physicians with issues, fulfill high-priority OSRs, ensure network alignment.
