Responsibilities

• Understand client fee schedules and negotiate physician agreement terms.
• Onboard new physicians based on client needs and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on collections and refunds.
• Lead contract renegotiations and handle complex client requests.
• Support network growth and ensure alignment with business needs.
