Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a physician recruiter who will maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines, and onboard new physicians based on Client needs. This role is goal- and production-based, requiring the recruiter to meet monthly recruiting targets.

Recruit and manage doctors in regional strategic markets, including Washington L&I clinic IME services and surrounding states, to ensure the network meets business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the physician panel and related records.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms with physicians per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on Client needs and obtain required paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship-management visits with panel physicians.
• Foster long‑term partnerships with panel doctors through face‑to‑face meetings and ongoing field presence.
• Sourcing/Fulfillment of open service requests for referrals requiring urgent network recruitment.
