Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to expand and maintain our physician panel. The role includes negotiating physician fees within guidelines, onboarding new physicians based on client demand, and resolving open service requests promptly.

The ideal candidate leverages relationships and healthcare industry knowledge to grow the network and support business operations, with primarily remote work and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate physician fees and contract terms per company guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand.
• Maintain existing physician records (W9s, remittance, CVs, profiles).
• Research and source new panel options; recruit specialists as needed.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations to finalize fees.
• Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians and manage OSRs.
• Assist physician reviewers with technical issues or case-specific inquiries.
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance requirements.
