Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Recruiter for Physician Recruitment in a primarily remote role with on-site events across North Carolina and South Carolina. Travel about three weeks each spring and fall is required.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex recruitment initiatives, source qualified physician candidates, and develop recruitment plans that align with the system's goals for Emergency Medicine.

Qualifications

• 5 years of physician recruitment or executive recruitment experience.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws impacting recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source targeted physicians using multiple recruitment channels.
• Develop and implement complex recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead special recruitment projects and drive process improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with site partners and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates to sustain recruitment pipelines.
